I'm just wondering if any of you have tried freeze drying your microgreens. I've been experimenting with it lately, and I really enjoy how it preserves the flavor and keeps the nutrients intact. Plus, it simplifies storage! I'd love to hear what greens you've used and how you're incorporating them into your meals. It'd be great to share some tips and see how it's been going for everyone

I've tried freeze-drying spinach and kale, and it's been awesome...it keeps the flavor fresh, and super easy to add to soups or smoothies, you gotta try it with basil too

I have done it with radish and pea shoots, and they come out way better than I expected. Ever tried that?

Yeah, I've tried freeze drying radish micros and surprisingly it had great crunch and flavor when I sprinkled it over soups or blended into smoothies, plus storage is way easier too
