Rebooting microgreens after no sales – looking for tips

Hey all,
I go by deaf3279. I've tried growing microgreens before, and while the growing part went fine, I never had any success selling them. I even gave out free samples to restaurants, but nobody was interested or followed up.

I'm planning to reboot everything this September using my guest bedroom as a grow space. It'll be a small shelf setup, starting fresh. I'm hoping to find new ways to make it work this time, especially without using Facebook

I'd appreciate any advice on:
  • How to actually get sales when restaurants ignore you
  • If anyone had better luck selling to individuals or markets instead
  • Whether I should stick with microgreens or try something else indoors
Thanks — just trying to figure out if this can still be a real thing for me or not.
